Dispatcher was too busy to help when asked if my brother's vehicle had been towed from where it had broken down on him on I85. He doesn't want to pay for a tow truck to go get it & it not be there. So much for serving the community in non-emergency situations. I actually rate them a zero because as a former dispatcher, we didn't talk to the public the way she talked to my brother & we certainly did not tell people we didn't have time to help them.
